Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order please let us know by email at hello@houseandhabitat.co.uk within 24 hours of placing your order, as each item is handcrafted especially for you.
Returns
We hope our items bring you joy, but if you change your mind and would like to return an item please let us know before sending back.
To be eligible for a refund please:
- Email us within 14 days of delivery at hello@houseandhabitat.co.uk along with your order number and reason for return and we'll send on the returns address.
- Treat your unwanted goods with care and send back to us unused and in the original packaging, within 28 days of receiving your order and after we have accepted your return. Any items used, in an unsaleable condition, or sent back after this time, won't be eligible for a refund.
The return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service and holding onto the proof of postage as we cannot be held liable for any items lost or damaged in transit.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs or any additional fees.
We cannot accept returns for custom orders and Gift Cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
